Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bahadurgarh. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee queries, and supporting management in strategic HR planning. The ideal candidate will ensure a productive and harmonious work environment, addressing any HR-related issues efficiently. Qualifications Strong experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Relations Proficiency in Performance Management and HR Policy Development In-depth knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility and adaptability in managing changes in the workplace Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage Only Male Candidates.
