Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Intern role located in Srikakulam. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Responsibilities-

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

-Assist in onboarding documentation and processes.

-Assist with administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and preparing reports.

-Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and engagement activities.

-Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• MBA is a must
