Human Resources (HR) Internship in Ghaziabad

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support HR team in onboarding new employees, conducting orientation sessions, and updating employee records.
• Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and assist in resolving conflicts.
• Help develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement events and initiatives.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support HR team in various administrative tasks, such as maintaining HR databases and preparing reports.
