Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, located in Worldmark sector 65, Gurugram. The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR tasks such as managing HR policies, handling employee benefits, admin, attendance and payroll. The HR Generalist will also address employee inquiries and assist in maintaining a positive workplace environment. Qualifications Human Resources (HR), HR Management, HR Policies skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus CTC 3 LPA - 4.8LPA Show more Show less
