Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Ankleshwar(Gujarat). The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, benefits administration, and overseeing HR management activities. Day-to-day tasks will involve handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
