Position: HR Executive

Work Mode: 100% Work from Home (Remote)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Experience: MBA Freshers / 0–1 Year Experience

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on experience)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Understand job descriptions and align profiles accordingly
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Maintain and update the recruitment database
• Manage job postings across platforms and track applications
• Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement activities
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closures

🔹 Requirements:

• MBA in HR or equivalent (Freshers welcome)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
