Job Title: Senior Human Resources Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in end-to-end HR management and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to handle people efficiently, with a high preference given to ex-servicemen who bring discipline, strategic thinking, and exceptional organizational abilities to the role.

Work Experience:

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of over 5 years in HR, legal, and administrative roles. Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience in leadership positions within corporate or structured environments. Candidates with an engineering or research background will be highly valued to better align with our workforce requirements.

We are looking for an assertive, confident, and disciplined HR professional, capable of handling diverse company cultures and adapting quickly to organizational needs. The candidate should possess a proactive mindset, take full ownership of their responsibilities, and contribute significantly to:

  • Building a positive and structured work culture,

  • Ensuring team cohesion and development,
  • Maintaining a high level of employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing new hire orientation, onboarding, and exit management with a strategic approach;
  • Ensuring strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements;
  • Proactive handling of employee grievances and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive work environment;
  • Implementing structured team-building initiatives to foster collaboration and efficiency;
  • Conducting regular leadership and personality development training for the workforce;
  • Leading strategic hiring efforts, ensuring optimal team composition across business verticals;
  • Driving employee retention programs, recognizing and rewarding performance.

Prerequisites:

  • Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any field); preference for candidates with a Master's in HR or a related area;
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in HR management, with a strong preference for ex-servicemen;
  • Essential Skills: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to manage high-pressure environments effectively.

Compensation: Based on individual performance.

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly performance-based bonus
