Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, addressing employee queries and concerns, and facilitating various HR functions to support the company's workforce.
