Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Indore. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full life cycle of recruiting, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring. The role involves developing employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and engaging in effective recruiting practices. The specialist will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet the staffing needs of the organization.

• Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing processes
• Skills in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
