Key Responsibilities

·      End-to-end recruitment for Travel Sales Consultants, from sourcing to onboarding.

·      Handle high-volume hiring using portals, databases, social media, and cold calling.

·      Coordinate closely with third-party vendors to ensure relevant CVs are shared promptly.

·      Screen, interview, and assess candidates (telephonic, video, and walk-in rounds).

·      Draft and post job descriptions across various hiring platforms.

·      Maintain structured and detailed candidate pipelines to meet business hiring goals.

·      Conduct reference checks and ensure all documents are submitted pre-onboarding.

·      Support employee engagement initiatives for the travel sales team.

·      Assist in HR operations such as onboarding, induction, and policy awareness.

·      Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring targets weekly.

·      Stay updated with industry hiring trends and benchmarks.


Candidate Requirements

·      Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Human Resources / PGDM (HR).

·      2-5 years of experience in BPO recruitment, preferably in travel or international sales.

·      Proven experience with bulk hiring and closing aggressive monthly targets.

·      Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Must be organized, self-driven, and result-oriented.

·      Working knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.) and LinkedIn sourcing.

·      Flexible to adapt in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.

·      Should be well-groomed, approachable, and carry a pleasing personality.

·      Familiarity with recruitment coordination tools and Google Workspace preferred.
