Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Executive located in Indore. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations and policies, maintaining employee relations, and facilitating HR management tasks. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth HR functions and support the needs of the organization and its employees.

• Proficiency in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
