Position: Human Resources Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource professional to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker with excellent communication and convincing skills, capable of handling various HR responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate payroll records and documentation using Google Sheets.
• Ensure legal compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Compose and manage professional email correspondence.
• Maintain a presentable and professional demeanor at all times.
• Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
• Utilize strong convincing skills to negotiate and resolve conflicts.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate or post graduate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in payroll processing and record-keeping.
• Strong knowledge of legal compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in recruitment and hiring processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in email communication and typing.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and convincing skills.
