• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in HR tools and systems

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices

• Ability to multitask and manage internal relationships across departments

As an HR Associate at FinStackk, you will be an integral part of our growing team. You'll work closely with the founders and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth HR operations, foster a positive work culture, and drive employee engagement. This is a high-impact role that requires a people-first approach, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping others grow.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders on strategic HR planning and execution

• Partner with all departments to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

• Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding

• Manage employee engagement, feedback, and performance management processes

• Oversee HR operations including attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and documentation

• Organize team-building initiatives, internal events, and employee wellness programs

• Ensure HR policy compliance and timely updates as per labor regulations

• Maintain accurate employee records and support internal reviews
