Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator, located in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, which include overseeing benefits administration, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional tasks may include recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Experience with Benefits Administration and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is a plus Show more Show less
