Human Resource Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions within our real estate organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll administration, and daily HR operations, with a strong understanding of the real estate industry's unique HR needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

   
   

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles such as sales agents, property managers, and administrative staff.
  
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate sector.
  
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
  

1. Payroll Management:

   
   

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and bonuses.
  
• Maintain compliance with statutory requirements such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Professional Tax (PT).
  
• Address employee queries related to compensation and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  

1. HR Operations:

   
   

• Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
  
• Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime records to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  
• Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  
• Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
  

1. Employee Relations:

   
   

• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the real estate industry.
  
• Familiarity with HRMS and payroll software.
  
• Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
