Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.You'll play a critical role in optimizing our HR systems and processes to ensure seamless operations and data-driven decision-making. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (HRO teams, HRIS, IS&T, Finance), troubleshoot system issues, analyze data quality, and much more.Youll specifically take care of maintaining and improving HR systems, as well as automating data-driven processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, but also support training and user adoption of these tools.
Well look to you for Serving as the go-to subject matter expert for HR systems, including ALPS and MSP. Collaborating with HRO teams to assess and address short- and long-term HR systems needs. Evaluating system utilization and recommending improvements such as training, customization, and feature enhancements. Working with HRIS, IS&T, and other functions to maintain and optimize HR systems, including configuration and testing new applications. Preparing training materials, guides, and documentation, and providing hands-on user training and support. Identifying and addressing HR data quality issues through a robust data quality assurance framework. Collaborating with HRO leaders to establish KPIs and metrics linked to operational objectives. Creating employee metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Developing and implementing custom solutions for process automation using tools like Power BI or VBA.
