Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Newtown, Kolkata (On-site)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday with alternate Saturday Off
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)

About the Role:

Work Strive is looking for a driven and dependable HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This role calls for someone who knows recruitment inside out — with a strong focus on Non-IT roles — and who can deliver quality hires under real-world timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment across Non-IT and a few IT mandates
• Source profiles via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
• Coordinate with internal teams or clients to clarify hiring needs
• Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and follow up with candidates
• Keep records updated (trackers, databases, and reports)
• Build and maintain a reliable talent pipeline

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 6 months – 2 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Strong experience in Non-IT hiring (e.g. sales, admin, accounts, operations)
• Excellent command over job portals and sourcing strategies
• Good communication skills — both verbal and written
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, email, and basic digital tools
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
