Job Responsibilities: Actively reach out to candidates looking for IT jobs (Freshers & Experienced) in Canada and the USA. Explain our job placement/training programs and convert leads into enrollments. Understand each candidate’s job needs and propose the right solution/service. Strong understanding of IT job market trends in Canada/USA (optional but preferred). Ability to handle objections and close high-value service sales. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in recruitment or placement sales for international markets. Experience selling career-related services (resume writing, training, job assistance).
