Job Title: HR RecruiterLocation: [Sakinaka,Saki Vihar Road, tunga Village] Job Type: [Full-Time] Company: [Talentpro india HR Pvt Ltd] Department: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Reports to: Recruitment Manager / HR Manager Key Responsibilities:Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates. Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and client interactions. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner. Follow up with clients and candidates post-placement to ensure satisfaction. Stay up to date on industry trends, labor market changes, and best recruitment practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any Stream. 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing or agency environment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and requisitions simultaneously. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (Naukri,Shine,LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
