Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and communicative HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about recruitment, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen interest in building and managing talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
• Schedule and follow up on interview processes
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Assist in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
• Support other HR functions as required

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
• Interpersonal skills and team collaboration

Eligibility:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR/recruitment experience
• Any graduate with an interest in human resources
