Description We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to kickstart their career in human resources and recruitment. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and facilitating the hiring process to ensure we attract the best talent. Responsibilities Source candidates using various methods such as job portals, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on the recruitment process. Manage the interview schedule and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics. Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company. Skills and Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications effectively. Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques. Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment software. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
