About the Internship: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, learn the fundamentals of talent acquisition, and work in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms Conduct initial screenings and basic HR interviews (under supervision) Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers Support onboarding and documentation processes Assist the HR team in daily recruitment-related tasks Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Interest in recruitment, HR operations, and talent management Good organizational skills and attention to detail Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) Self-motivated and eager to learn Perks: Internship Certificate Letter of Recommendation (based on performance) Hands-on experience in live recruitment projects Opportunity to join full-time after internship (based on performance) Friendly and learning-oriented work environment Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹3,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
