We're now looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join us and grow with us! What You’ll Be Doing: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and records Communicate effectively with candidates through email and calls Support other recruitment tasks as needed What We’re Looking For: Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with making calls and speaking with candidates Organized, reliable, and self-motivated Immediate joiner preferred Basic understanding of recruitment process is a plus Laptop & stable internet connection Details: Tenure: 3 Months Location: Remote (Work from Home) Stipend: Yes (based on performance) Start Date: Immediate Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Application Question(s): Why are you interested in this internship?
