Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting Telecallers and Counselors through various channels, including social media and personal references. In addition to recruitment, the HR Recruiter will help maintain workplace discipline and ensure a positive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and recruit Telecallers and Counselors from multiple channels such as: Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Job portals Employee referrals and personal networks Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process Maintain office decorum and enforce company discipline policies Monitor and document weekly and monthly performance of employees Support onboarding processes and employee engagement activities Maintain and update recruitment records and databases Requirements:Proven experience in recruitment or human resources Familiarity with hiring for roles such as telecallers, sales executives, or counselors Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience working in [e.g., education, sales, or BPO industry] is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
