🎯 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for various roles across industries and verticals (different companies)
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
• Managing interview schedules, offer roll-outs, and onboarding processes
• Maintaining accurate recruitment reports and metrics
• Collaborating with internal teams and clients to understand job requirements
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–6 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in consulting or staffing firms)
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple open positions simultaneously
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM systems will be an added advantage
