Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company’s current and future hiring needs. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications
  • Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, job fairs, and referrals)
  • Draft and publish job descriptions across relevant job portals and social platforms
  • Conduct preliminary screening (telephonic/video/in-person) to assess fitment
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department leads and follow up on feedback
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Create recruitment reports and analytics to track success metrics
  • Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events (if applicable)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–1 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workable, or ATS platforms)
  • A proactive and target-oriented approach toward hiring goals

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Exposure to employer branding and campus hiring
  • Experience in hiring for digital marketing, tech, or creative roles (if applicable to your company)
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance (for managerial roles)
