Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
Source and recruit candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Develop and post job descriptions to attract qualified applicants.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct initial resume screening and phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Administer skill assessments as required.
Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their team needs and hiring priorities.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and feedback.
Recruitment Process Optimization:
Implement and improve recruitment strategies to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Stay updated on market trends, industry standards, and competitor hiring practices.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure recruitment activities are in compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all candidates, interviews, and hiring decisions.
Employer Branding:
Promote the organization as an employer of choice through creative recruitment marketing strategies.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment drives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,256.05 - ₹25,406.51 per month
