As an HR Professional + Executive Assistant at our Gurgaon location, you will play a crucial role in our organization with over 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for driving HR leadership by overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. Your role will also involve providing executive support by managing the Founder's calendar, coordinating meetings, and assisting with special projects to ensure seamless operations. Your adaptability will be tested in a fast-paced environment where agility and resourcefulness are key.
