Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Summary: The Human Resources Generalist will support the HR department in all aspects of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and training, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires. * Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment. * Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. * Administer performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews. * Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations. * Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. * Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. * Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. * Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in HR. Proficiency in HR management systems and software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
