Job Description

As an HR Specialist at our company, your role will involve overseeing attendance and leave management systems, handling HR operations and employee relations, maintaining and updating HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and preparing and analyzing HR reports and dashboards. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our HR processes. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Additionally, you must have a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis, is essential. Your strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills will be key to success in this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential data, are also required. Preferred qualifications for this role include familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools. This full-time position comes with health insurance benefits and requires you to work during day shifts at our in-person work location. The expected start date for this position is 31/07/2025.
