Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure harmonious employee relations with workers and staff
• Address worker grievances and maintain healthy workplace climate
• Conduct disciplinary inquiries and handle warning/charge sheets as per legal procedure
• Coordinate with legal advisors on labour law matters
• Liaison with government authorities (Labour Dept, ESIC, PF, Factory Inspector, etc.)
• Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance under Factory Act, CLRA, ID Act, etc.

Desired Skills & Qualities:

• Sound knowledge of Labour Laws, Contract Labour Management & IR processes
• Conflict resolution and crisis-handling ability
• Proficient in Excel, HRIS / Payroll systems

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Education: MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in HR & IR / Labour Welfare
• Experience: 3–6 Years in a manufacturing/industrial environment
