Job Location: Meerut Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Ensure harmonious employee relations with workers and staff Address worker grievances and maintain healthy workplace climate Conduct disciplinary inquiries and handle warning/charge sheets as per legal procedure Coordinate with legal advisors on labour law matters Liaison with government authorities (Labour Dept, ESIC, PF, Factory Inspector, etc.) Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance under Factory Act, CLRA, ID Act, etc. Desired Skills & Qualities: Sound knowledge of Labour Laws, Contract Labour Management & IR processes Conflict resolution and crisis-handling ability Proficient in Excel, HRIS / Payroll systems Qualifications & Skills Required: Education: MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in HR & IR / Labour Welfare Experience: 3–6 Years in a manufacturing/industrial environment What We Offer: Competitive salary and incentives based on performance. With decades of excellence in precision engineering and metallurgy, we are looking for a Production Planning & Control (PPC) professional to strengthen our operations team. This is a key role that demands experience, analytical skill, and industry-specific understanding. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines. Collaborate with production, stores, purchase, and sales teams to ensure synchronized workflow. Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress) and update planning as per actual performance and urgent priorities. Plan material requirements based on production needs and lead times. Track capacity utilization, downtime, and take corrective actions. Coordinate for on-time dispatches, quality checks, and packaging. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production MIS reports for management review. Suggest and implement improvements in planning systems and inventory control. Handle production rescheduling during breakdowns, reworks, or urgent customer demands.
