Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Support the onboarding and offboarding process
Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and events
Draft internal HR communications and assist with policy documentation
Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to HR initiatives
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹7,500.00 per month
