HR Executive – HR Operations & Social Media Management Quadbreak Studios is seeking an energetic and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations and a flair for social media management . You will be responsible for handling core HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation, while also managing the company’s online presence to reflect our culture and attract top talent. We’re looking for someone who can take initiative, coordinate internal events, celebrations, and team-building activities, and work closely with management to build a positive and engaging work environment. Prior experience in IT, tech companies, or creative startups is a must. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes Plan and execute internal events and team activities Handle employee engagement initiatives Manage and grow company social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Collaborate with the leadership team to strengthen company culture Requirements: 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR and social media management Experience in IT, tech, or creative industry/startup is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude About Quadbreak Studios: Quadbreak Studios is a passionate and fast-growing game art outsourcing studio based in Iritty,Kannur,Kerala,India.
