Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher with strong communication skills and a passion for HR. You will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Handle onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support payroll and attendance-related processes.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company data.
Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Any Bachelor’s degree .
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Quick learner, detail-oriented, and team player
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
