Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Maintain employee records and update HR databases.Assist in payroll processing and administration.Coordinate employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking.Support performance management processes including appraisals and training.Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Organize employee engagement activities and events.Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation for audits.Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.Support training and development initiatives.Coordinate with various departments to address HR-related needs.
