Job Description

Recruitment & Documentation Prepare and maintain employment contracts as per the Shops & Establishment Act / Factories Act. Maintain offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities. Employee Records Management Maintain employee personal files, ID proofs, academic and experience documents. Maintain statutory registers (Form A, B, D, etc.) as per state labor laws. Statutory Compliance Ensure timely registration, deduction, and deposit of PF, ESI, and professional tax. Maintain records under EPF Act, ESI Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, and Bonus Act. Coordinate labour law inspections and prepare inspection reports. Payroll Inputs Prepare and verify salary inputs in compliance with statutory deductions. Maintain leave, attendance, and overtime records. Grievance & Disciplinary Process Ensure proper documentation and compliance under the Industrial Disputes Act for disciplinary action. Coordinate with the Labour Officer in case of legal disputes. Health, Safety & Environment (EHS) Support EHS Committee meetings and documentation as per legal requirement. Ensure compliance with Maternity Benefit Act, Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act (POSH), etc. Exit Process & Final Settlement Process full and final settlement, issue relieving letter and Form 16, and ensure gratuity eligibility as per the Payment of Gratuity Act.
