Job Title: HR Executive Company: Gupio Location: Mysore, Karnataka Experience: 1–2 Years Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time Job Description:Gupio is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to support our human resources department. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in core HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a vibrant and fast-paced organization in Mysore. Key Responsibilities:Assist with the recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Manage employee onboarding and exit processes. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. Handle basic employee queries and grievances. Support internal communication and employee engagement activities. Coordinate with other departments for HR operational support. Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in an HR role. Good understanding of HR functions and practices. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Working Hours:Monday to Saturday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
