Manages end-to-end salary processing, including calculations for allowances, overtime, taxes, PF, ESIC, and final settlements-and ensures timely disbursement and statutory filings such as PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, gratuity, labor licenses, BOCW, and workers’ compensation. Maintains attendance and leave records, reconciles payroll data, conducts audits to identify discrepancies, and prepares monthly MIS and compliance reports. Maintains labor wages for construction projects and ensures proper documentation and payment tracking. Serves as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and liaises with finance, legal, and government authorities. Implements system improvements and automation to streamline payroll and compliance processes while staying current with legislative changes.
