About the Role: We're looking for a dynamic HR & Marketing Intern to join our team. This unique role offers practical experience in managing people and supporting our business growth. Key Responsibilities: Support HR tasks, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and helping new employees settle in. Assist with HR administration and take part in employee engagement activities. Conduct market research to find new business opportunities and support our growth strategies. Help create sales pitches and draft client proposals. Contribute to general digital marketing tasks, including social media. Handle various administrative duties for both HR and Marketing. What We're Looking For: Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in both HR functions and business development (pitching, proposals). Good communication skills in English and Malayalam. Basic computer skills (MS Office).
