  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support employee skill development and career growth
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, including setting goals, evaluations, and feedback sessions
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance, such as employment laws and regulations
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files, including personal and professional data
