You are seeking a passionate and self-driven Assistant Manager HR & Administration to take full ownership of HR operations, employee engagement, and office administration. This role is ideal for someone who brings structure to systems and energy to people. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle. Oversee day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management. Lead employee engagement, welfare activities, and internal communications. Contribute to behavioural training and coaching initiatives by researching, preparing, and conducting sessions for small teams and groups. Ensure policy implementation and maintain HR records and systems. Educational Qualifications and Work Experience: Minimum Graduate in Human Resource Management Studies/BMS. Experience: 6 months to 1 year. What You Bring: 4-7 years of experience in HR and admin functions. Postgraduate degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology. Strong interpersonal and execution skills. Passionate about people development and culture building. Language & IT Proficiency: English, Hindi, Marathi. MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT). Skills: Proactive.
