Job Summary:

International Sales team

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls and manage chat interactions with international customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service recommendations.
Achieve defined sales targets while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM/system.
Adapt to flexible working hours, including rotational shifts and weekly offs as per business needs.

Candidate Requirements:

Both Undergraduate & Graduate Can apply.
0-3 years of experience in International BPO or Sales Process.
Strong command over English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to engage, convince, and close sales deals effectively.
Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
