Position: Hiring Officer – Partnerships & Alliances Location: Kolkata, Airport Job Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: Establish & Manage B2B Tie-Ups: Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships with NGOs, training institutes, skill development centers, educational institutions, and government bodies for bulk hiring requirements. Candidate Sourcing (Bulk): Source large volumes of candidates through institutional channels for multiple client organizations across different sectors. Relationship Management: Build strong, sustainable relationships with institutional partners to ensure a consistent talent pipeline and long-term collaboration. Coordination & Mobilization: Coordinate with training partners and institutions to mobilize candidates as per job role, location, and client requirements. Client Alignment: Understand client mandates thoroughly and align sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of outreach, partner engagement, and sourcing outcomes. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on progress, challenges, and action plans. Target Driven Execution: Ensure achievement of recruitment targets through institutional tie-ups and sourcing channels. Focus on metrics like offer-to-joining ratio and timely closures.
