Hiring Freshers and Experienced Voice Process Analyst

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass) or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role (Freshers welcome).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our UK Inbound Voice Process team. As a Voice Process Analyst, you will handle inbound calls from UK-based customers, assist with their queries or concerns, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound customer calls/chat in a professional manner.
  
• Resolve customer issues and queries related to products, services, billing, or accounts.
  
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scripts provided by the company.
  
• Log and document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
  
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics
  
• Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass) or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role (Freshers welcome).
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
  
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and typing.
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts. (12pm to 2am) 9 hours
  
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
  
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
