Role Summary

The Global Service Delivery Partner will lead and manage the offshore delivery center in India, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the U.S.-based parent organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing cross-functional operations, driving excellence in service delivery, expanding client relationships, and representing the offshore team in global leadership discussions. The role will play a pivotal part in business growth, operational efficiency, and transformation initiatives. 

Qualifications & Experience

• CA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional certification. 
• 15+ years of experience, including leadership roles in outsourcing or shared services within accounting or financial services. 
• Demonstrated ability to grow business and build lasting client relationships. 
• Experience in a mid-sized or Top 50 accounting firm is preferred. 
• Strong familiarity with internal controls, SOX compliance, and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). 
• Extensive knowledge of global service delivery models, SLAs, compliance, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Operational Management

• Lead and oversee the offshore service delivery operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and best practice implementation. 
• Optimize workflows, systems, and processes to improve productivity and client satisfaction. 
• Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. 
• Build and lead a capable, motivated offshore team through effective talent development and succession planning. 
• Ensure effective coordination and collaboration between onshore and offshore teams. 

Business Development & Networking

Financial & Commercial Oversight

• Monitor and manage the financial performance of outsourcing services, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. 
• Develop and maintain pricing strategies, client proposals, and commercial contracts. 
• Identify and implement opportunities for service enhancement and operational efficiency through technology and automation.
