Location: Lower Parel Website: www.indore.co.in Job Title: Sales & Marketing Solar Panel Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Experience: Min 8-15 years’ experience Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and execute complex greenfield and brownfield projects, with a primary focus on electrical and/or mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects within budget and schedule. This role requires extensive experience in managing all phases of project lifecycles, from concept and design through construction, commissioning, and handover. Please note: This position requires significant experience in electrical and/or mechanical projects. Experience in civil engineering is not preferred one. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed. Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors. Technical Expertise: Provide technical oversight and guidance for electrical and/or mechanical systems design, installation, and commissioning. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and calculations. Manage and lead electrical or mechanical system design reviews. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns in a timely and professional manner. Project Control & Reporting: Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules. Track project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Prepare regular project reports and presentations for management and clients. Manage and lead project risk assessments and mitigation plans. Safety & Quality: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures. Implement and maintain quality control and assurance programs. Conduct regular site inspections and audits. Greenfield and Brownfield Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing projects in both greenfield and brownfield environments. Ability to adapt project strategies to the unique challenges of each environment. Strong understanding of integration challenges when working within brownfield sites. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on greenfield and brownfield projects. Proven track record of successfully managing complex electrical and/or mechanical projects. Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience in managing project budgets upwards of 100 Cr Ability to travel to project sites as required. Preferred Qualifications: PMP or other relevant project management certification.
