The Heat Treatment In charge is responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling all heat treatment processes to ensure the production of high-quality components that meet technical specifications and safety standards. The role involves managing the heat treatment team, maintaining equipment, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Management:
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all heat treatment activities including annealing, quenching, tempering, hardening, and other thermal processes.
• Quality Control:

Ensure all heat treatment processes comply with engineering specifications, standards, and customer requirements. Conduct or oversee necessary testing and inspections.Maintain and calibrate heat treatment furnaces and associated equipment. Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.Lead, train, and supervise heat treatment operators and technicians. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.Maintain detailed records of heat treatment processes, parameters, and inspections. Prepare reports for management review.Continuously analyze process data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment. Comply with environmental and safety standards related to heat treatment operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
