Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and strategically sound ,Head - Trainer Acquisition & Management to lead trainer hiring across full-time, contract, and freelance models. This is a high-impact role that directly supports iamneo s aggressive delivery roadmap, where quality trainers are central to business success.
The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with tactical execution capable of planning ahead, building scalable pipelines, exploring diverse hiring channels, and ensuring a continuous supply of qualified trainers across domains and geographies. You will lead a team, work closely with delivery and business stakeholders, and play a pivotal role in meeting immediate hiring targets and long-term workforce planning.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive end-to-end trainer hiring strategy across full-time, contractual, and freelance models
  • Build and maintain a dynamic talent pipeline to meet urgent and large-scale delivery requirements
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, content, and operations teams to understand trainer skill needs, timelines, and volume forecasts
  • Explore and tap into multiple talent sourcing channels including job boards, social media, partnerships, referral networks, freelancer platforms, and more
  • Implement structured hiring processes for scalability, including screening frameworks, assessments, and SLAs
  • Ensure timely closures through hands-on hiring execution while leading a dedicated recruitment team
  • Maintain a pool of pre-evaluated trainer profiles to support business continuity for unplanned spikes
  • Track, analyze, and act on recruitment metrics to drive performance and process improvements
  • Champion recruitment tech tools, ATS systems, and automation to streamline hiring efforts
Key Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on trainer recruitment
  • Proven ability to strategize and close roles at scale, across tight timelines
  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performance recruitment teams
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies, freelance platforms, and outreach tools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align hiring efforts with delivery and business goals
  • Data-driven approach to hiring with strong reporting and planning capabilities
  • High ownership, target-focused mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth EdTech environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • bachelors or masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Experience hiring trainers across domains like Tech, Non-Tech, or Corporate Skills
  • Exposure to hiring models across EdTech, RPOs, or training organizations
