Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
Source candidates through online channels, databases, job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and match them with appropriate job openings.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, resume screening, interviews, reference checks, and offers.
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal and external hiring policies.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and in community outreach initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and compliance requirements related to healthcare hiring.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
4-8 years of recruiting experience.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (e.g., JCAHO, HIPAA) is a plus.
